0Store is always neat & clean. (except for when they have great sales & customers come in & make a mess)
Employees are knowledgeable & friendly.
Horrible return policy. I had one return without a reciept and they would not give me my refund. They also kept my items. WT Heck. Im handicap and I couldnt try the clothes on until I got home so I can get help getting out of the wheelchair. They stole my hard earn money. They want proof I bought it...no receipt. Corporate Refund: You stole these items. Come on! I barely can navigate my freakin wheelchair in this messy store. I'm closing my Khol's card today. The items were $25.00.
