General Info

I am an experienced family law attorney. I am a certified specialist in family law, certified by the California State Bar Association, Board of Legal Specialization and have been so certified since 1985. I limit my practice to divorce and other family law related matters in all branches of the family court in Santa Clara County, California (San Jose, Morgan Hill, Sunnyvale). I personally handle all cases in my office. I am easy to communicate with and quick to respond to client's communications. FREE INITIAL CONFERENCE. I am committed to loyally and vigorously represent my clients to achieve the best result allowed under the law. My aim is to do so in the most cost-effective way and with the fully informed consent of my client. The maximum effort will be made to settle as many issues as possible in order to avoid or minimize expensive litigation. As to issues that cannot be settled, I have the experience and skill needed to fully and vigorously advocate for the best result for the client at a hearing or trial before a Judge.
