I am surprised this business still exists. I placed an order for flowers via internet on a Wednesday evening. I never received any confirmation for the order, so I called them the next day, Thursday, to confirm. They informed me that not only could they not find the residence address that I had provided for them on the internet, but that the price on the internet was wrong and that it was going to cost an additional 10 dollars. I asked them if they were going to call me to clarify this and they told me they had sent an email(which i never got) to me about this. I ended up google mapping the directions for them. The owner then told me she was sorry about this and was going to make sure the order was taken out that day to Danville and not to worry about the price difference, she would take care of it. Not only was my order NOT filled by the day I requested, but again, NO ONE bothered to inform me about it. Again, I had to call myself once I figured out my order had not been received, which happened to be 6 days later. Ridiculous. I canceled my order 6 days after I placed it and placed an order for the same flowers to another florist who filled it that same day. Don't bother with these people.
