They were wonderful...my poor Ellie somehow ripped open her paw. I called them and they agreed to see her immediately. They coached me through what to do on the phone and as soon as I got her there they took her straight back. They didn't even charge me. Sympathetic staff, timely, and managed to not even frighten my Ellie. Which is surprising as she is rather skittish.
