      What can you say about Pat (Store Manager of Simi Valley's Dlr Tree) but what a fabulous, smart, kind, and engaging gentleman. Always a warm welcome, great customer service, and just a GREAT guy. He is more than the manager, he is an intricate part of the community and a rare bird. We'll be shopping at this Dlr Tree in lieu of others.
