Tech was on time. Went over and above to help me with furnace problem. Had been told by other heating company that I had heat exchanger crack. I and M double checked and couldn’t find a leak. Saved me money! C East
I have used this company for 30 years they have put into furnaces for me and service my air conditioner my water heater and my furnace on different occasions. there are always very professional and seem to have great knowledge about all the different appliances in my house. I never use anyone else because they do such a great job.
I was told to call this company by my home warranty company. I called and they scheduled an appointment.I took time off work and have waited and no one has shown up or called. They never even asked my name just the address, not even a phone call. I should of known from the reviews online that this company was a scam but wanted to give them a chance. I am complaining to my home warranty company and also the BBB. I would not recommend this company even out of desperation.
