We believe in giving fixed rates for our services with a reasonable interest free payment plan so that our clients know exactly what their fees will total. If you took a survey of fees in the area ours would be around average. The bankruptcy court monitors the fees charged by attorneys which results in most people paying around the same fee. Some attorneys advertise a very low bankruptcy fee, and then charge for items that are included in our base fee.
