I arrived at this location on 5/14/2015 at 8:30pm. I walked in, and over the vacuum that was laying on the floor in the doorway. The two girls behind the register said nothing to me. I already knew what i needed, so i headed to the hair dye isle. At 8:45pm the music and the lights were shut off. I had just chosen my dye and was trying to pick the correct developer to use. I figured that them shutting the lights off while i was still shopping was a sign i should leave. The store doesn't close till 9pm, i still had 15 minutes. As a retail worker (and manager) myself, i know that the store doesn't close till the last customer leaves happy. I was definitely not happy when i left. I put all the products i was holding back and walked out the door. Again, not a word was said to me by either girl. This is beyond rude and not an acceptable way any customer should be treated. This is the worst Sally's out of the ones in W. Tampa. The staff is lazy and rude, can never answer any questions. Forget about calling, they either don't answer the phone or can't understand what you're asking. I've talked to the manager twice and she's just as bad. Overall bad customer service, I avoid this one and go to one of the others instead when at all possible.
