My wife and I live in Temecula. We had a horrible experience with a competitor of Hertz in the Temecula area less than a mile from the Hertz location. From the first minute working with the management and sales team at this store, I found them to be accommodating, thoughtful, exacting, seriously professional and highly motivated to meet my every need without hesitation and while smiling as if they meant it the whole time. Kamran the store GM and Rose the store AM are exemplary employees, always on top of my questions and acting with alacrity and skill at handling my rentals. When the competitor bullied me into believing I needed to buy damage waiver insurance, attempting to shame me into purchasing it, I left and migrated to Hertz. That decision was one of my better ideas. Thank you Kamran and Rose and Hertz.
