      I have NEVER been treated so POORLY in my life. I am a 43 year old male and the office staff is most incompetent group of individuals I have ever dealt with. Not only will I change my Doctor, I will do everything in my power to tell everyone I know either personally or on the internet what a horrible job this so called group does. This group lies, does not answer phone calls, doe NOT call back, drops the phone call numerous times and when I finally went down there to voice my frustrations they accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY and told me to leave. This is the first time in my life I have ever felt so DISRESPECTED. NEVER AGAIN, will be made to feel like the bad guy when I just needed my doctor to do their job. STAY AWAY from rancho family medical group. SPECIFICALLY THE MURRIETA LOCATION

      The Rancho Family Medical Group offers a variety of family and personal care services. It has various family practice physicians who are certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. It also employs family physicians who are trained in various areas of obstetrics, gynecology, dermatology, pediatrics, internal medicine and surgeries. The health care center provides a range of orthopedic procedures, such as casting of common fractures, sprain management, in-house X-rays, and vaccination and injections. It also offers several dermatology services that include skin lesion biopsies, treatment of common skin cancer, Botox cosmetic surgeries, and lipoma and skin tag removals. Additionally, it provides colon cancer screening with flexible sigmoidoscopy, breast examinations, colposcopy and mammogram referrals. The Rancho Family Medical Group is located in Temecula, Calif.
