Dental assistants are very rude and loud. These people are not professional at all.

When we walked in, it seemed like a child-friendly place. While checking in, I received a sheet of paper outlining how they would treat my child. The first item was "Tell Show Do." It said their policy is to TELL the child what they were going to do, then SHOW them (either on themselves or on a picture), and then DO it. Everything looked good...on paper. They did NOT use this protocol. The dental assistant was rude, and didn't explain anything. He used snippy commands like "Open." "Close." The dentist wasn't any better The first time they did the Xray, they didn't put the vest on my son! They had to take the Xray 3 times! (He remembered the vest the 2nd & 3rd times.) They wanted me to go in the waiting room while they cleaned his teeth, and when I refused to leave my nervous child, they got irritated. They didn't talk to my son or try to make him feel comfy or silly or anything. They didn't give him any toys or stickers... not even a toothbrush! Don't trust your child to these hacks!

I use to like this place but not after what happen I took my daughter to get a crown and when I got home my daughter coompaint said she had something in her mouth and sure enough it was some kind of string it was very long so I took her back that same day and ask for them to get it removed and they did not want to take her back they gave me a glove. I could not believe this I told them I didn't want to be pulling on it but they didn't care did not even say sorry. I had heard a lot of bad things they had done by other parents but I just never believed it but now I know.

Dr. Norman is a very smart man, friendly, and thorough, out of the three dentist at the clinic, the best to have
