I received a groupon certificate as a gift. I booked the appt, & showed up 5 min early. The welcome was cool at best. The girl barely made eye contact, asked if I had an appt & told me to fill out a form & pick my color. She asked me if I wanted something to drink. I asked for water & was brought hot water in a syrofoam cup. I was FINALLY taken back, 23 minutes AFTER my appt time without an apology. Halfway through the pedi cure, she ran out of cotton. The customer service was terrible. The nail tech kept receiving & answering text messages during my service. My toenails were not filed straight and she left nail polish all over my fingers... Very unprofessional salon!

Best facial I have had! Relaxing, and the owners are just wonderful!
