I popped into their office one day with a problem and no appointment and within minutes Hank, the owner himself with his very kind personality came looked at my problem and on the spot looked for the part, quoted me a price to repair within 5 minutes. The actual work which took place on a different day took less than 20 minutes. So Good! I wish all businesses had a model that runs like Hanks Auto glass.
