It is difficult to find a vietnamese restaurant with authentic vietnamese food. They all tend to "americanize" their cooking. The Pho is a fairly new and very clean restaurant, where you can enjoy exellent vietnamese cuisine. A big plus is being able to see large pictures of menu selections tastfully placed on the walls. Menu pricing is reasonable, and service is fast and pleasant.
