I would never use this A-1 Documents ever again. He lied to me, his client and then when the client had a friend talk with him. (Carlos) he lied to the friend. He lied saying he was waiting for a few waiver from the courts still on Sept 30. But I checked on court CONNECT and it was listed there that on Sept 28, the few waiver was granted. He lied to me by phone and when I had a friend inquire. He was suppose to have the document served the following Monday, Oct 3, by the Sheriff's Dept. for free but did it himself and charged for it. Our phone conversation was if he served it Sat, he would charge me for it, but he did not serve the documents and I had a few waiver for the Sheriff's doing it M-F. I find him to be dishonest. I have not heard from him since he served the documents not do I know if he actually did it at all. No communication after that ph coversation. It is not listed on the court connect if the Judge has signed it or not. I have not talked to him since that call at the end of Sept. So, not sure if he went to the court house yet to have the Judge sign it. I think he dropped ball on this, made excuses and lied and still haven't heard if he has done what he said he was going to do. But he got the money he asked for. I will never use his service or recommend his service to anyone. This week I will call again to check to see if he has gone to the courthouse yet and the Judge's signature. I shouldn't have had to do this. He should be calling me to let me know it has all been done. I do not think lying and not keeping in touch with your client is running a successful business.
