I'm not one to eat out for breakfast as I typically leave many restaurants feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. Whether it be the lack of menu variety, mediocre food, bad coffee, or poor service, it's difficult for me to fully enjoy my breakfast experience. Caf Cappuccino is a different story. Finally a restaurant that has perfected the breakfast experience!! Caf Cappuccino has an extensive menu that covers everything from the traditional menu items like Eggs Benedict and omelets to delicious breakfast burritos and banana nut french toast. Of course, my favorite item has to be their HUGE fluffy pancakes! Yummy!! The generous portion sizes and excellent preparation of all of their dishes make it well worth the moderate prices. The service is always prompt and the staff is very friendly! This quaint little eatery certainly gets my vote for the best breakfast in Waco. I always leave satisfied, and I actually look forward to going out for breakfast!
