I've been going here for years and never had a bad experience like others I've read here. Al has always been great for me.

On February 26th I dropped off my St. John's Bay 3/4 length down filled coat off to be cleaned because someone spilled a butter based sauce on the front of it. I paid $15.95 and was told to pick it up on Saturday, March 3rd, which I did. On Monday, March 5th, I put the coat on and to my surprise the bottoms of the zipper were not there. This is the only way to close the coat. The only thing left were the zipper teeth. The coat is unwearable. I immediately took the coat back to the cleaners and told them what happed. Of course, the guy (even though he remembered me) totally denied that his machine destroyed the zipper mechanisms. I was/am quite upset and started telling him I had witnesses who saw me wearing the coat. He told me he didn't care about my witnesses and also told me to "Get out"! If there was a zero star rating that's what I would give this cleaners.

I would have rated negative stars but it wasn't an option. 2.79 my ass! I took 2 two piece suits, a pair if men's dress pants, a vest and a polyester dress in for cleaning. The charge was $34.80! That's 4.97 per piece. The OWNER said he was giving me a deal and wasn't charging me for 2 of the pieces so that's 6.96 per piece! When I complained he said it was because the dress was beaded, no, it's not! Shout it loud and clear, THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!

Excellent work great prices convenient service

I brought in a two piece suit and picked up all nicely folded and hanging up on a hanger. I took out of the bag and their was same dried food stains on pants that were there when I brought in. I scraped the stain off with my finger nails and washed off with a damp rag and the stain was gone. This place didnt even clean the suit what a ripoff!!!!!

Do NOT Go Here!!! I gave them one star only because of my past experiences!! They currently took 5 days to do 9 shirts and 4 slacks when they promised two days. When I went to pick up the clothes, the store sign and hours stated they were open but there was no one there. When I finally got my laundry, 4 shirst wre so shrunk that I cpould not wear them. Teh owner stated these issues were due to him being out of town and he would "stretch" the shirts to fix them.

Upon returning, I found the itmes still too small to wear. When I brought them back again, the owner simply stated these shirts are not supposed to shrink and there was nothing he would do about it. He did not even offer to refund the dry cleaning costs!! Go somewhere else!!

i took my cloths to 2.79 cleaners to get them cleaned and i ran into this guy ,every body call him smiley al , he always have a smile on his face he took my order in he marked where the spots are and he told me not to worry about it , he ll take care of it and i wanted them next day and he said ok . i came in next day ,my cloths were ready as promised and i checked for the spots and there was none , i was happy and i referred alot of my friends to him and i notice that he always go the extra mile with his customers and i like that about this place ,simply friendly people, great service and cheap prices .
