Best food , clean environment, great service , friendly ,reasonable price

Seen the ad on West Covina Quarterly and decided to take my family here to try it out. The restaurant is clean and staff were very attentive and friendly. We ordered chicken skewed, which my 4 years old daughter said that she never tasted the chicken as good as this. My wife had spring rolls and were just okay. I ordered a large bowl of Pho and to my surprise, it's huge. The soup was so so good and very tasty. The price was very reasonable. One thing I have to talk about here is the Free Mango Ice Tea, as it was printed on the ad. As soon as we sat down at our table, I asked about the free mango ice tea and they said that they will bring it out. Thirty five minutes into our lunch, our Free drink still not being brought to us. My wife asked one of the waitresses and she, again told us that it is being made. After an hour, we finished our lunches and paid for our meals. One of the male staff told us that our Free drink will be ready in 5 min. We left w/out the drink...does it take 1 hr?
