I will never go back there. I wanted to get a decent oil change and have my car really cleaned out. Neither of which happened. They tried to con me into getting my radiator flushed, which they just so happen to be running a special on that day. The tech showed me this brownish/black antifreeze solution with stuff floating in it and said that he didn't know what was inside there but it needed to be flushed immediately. There were a few other things he said I needed to do to insure my safety. I told him thanks but no thanks, that I would have my husband check the antifreeze. Mind you I drive a 2006 Impala with 29,000 miles on it. I got home and had by husband check under the hood and my antifreeze was crystal clear and exactly the color it should have been. I think they were just trying to scan a woman into spending some more money! As for the car wash my interior was filthy and they forgot to once again spray the air freshener I had requested. Never again will I trust them to "help"
