One word, awful. After they lost one of my better shirts and offered me credit, I hesitantly gave them a second shot, suffering through mismatched button replacement, lack of collar stays, and dirty cuffs until the credit was used. Due to proximity, I continued to use their services until my final visit, which consisted of picking up shirts with a small rip in each of the left sleeves. Upon following up, I was told "it must be something you're doing"...really? And coincidentally these are the only three shirts I own with this issue? "I really don't know what to tell you". And why would I take shirts with rips in them to get cleaned in the first place? "......." I think not, I'm done!
