We are so sorry you did not have a good experience the other day. We truly loved spending time with Boomer and Lola. They are very sweet, well-behaved dogs. Unfortunately the last 7 times we have groom your dog it has been explained that you must maintain their Old English Sheepdog Hair by brushing at home. We have even shown you how to do so. We love making our customers happy but we also want to make sure your pets are comfortable WITHOUT BEING CRUEL TO THE ANIMALS BY BRUSHING MATTS THAT ARE TO THE SKIN (we have never and will never treat the animals with anything but LOVE and this review differs very much from the others you have deleted) because of the severe matting every time they were brought in we had no choice of haircut, but strive to make you as happy as possible which is why (we thought) you continued to schedule appointments. On another note, the last morning you checked in, the gentleman that was sitting in the waiting room as you screamed and use foul language (bringing one of our groomers to tears) was an attorney. We were unaware of this until he promptly pulled our owner aside after you left Boomer for that day's groom. He told the owner that as the employer she could not condone her employees being abused by a customer like that, and that said customer (you) needed to be fired. Due to this information, when you picked up Boomer and tried to schedule Lola an appointment for 2 days later, we sadly had no choice but to politely ask you to find another groomer. We wish you and your adorable dogs the best of luck!

This post was originally put up and quickly deleted in Aug. Of 2012. Now that we have won our 3rd award for best pet groomer this person has decided to post again. Our orginal response was to another fake profile named Jay Dees. A man did try to protest until I talked to the vet and found that there was a dog that was born with luxating patella and the family wouldnt pay for the surgery. The knee cap had actualy torn the legiment and they were trying to find a way to scam our small buiness and rob food from our families mouths by blaming us. You can look at all our licenses and see there has never been an incident report made.

These women are absolutely terrible. you can tell them in tell you are blue in the face what you want done for your pet and they will absolutely ignore you wants. they all have attitudes. there grooming skills suck and I would never recommend them they also treat your animal poorly when they do not corporate. So I would stay there so you don't get your animal abused. DON'T DO IT

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They broke my dogs leg and took zero responsibility for it. I brought my toy poodle in to get groomed. When I got a call that she was done they said she had been limping. I went to pick her up and sure enough she was. I took her home to inspect her further and that is when I realized her foot was DANGLING! I could wiggle it from side to side, that is not normal. I immediately took her to the vet right next door to the groomers and they said a ligament had snapped. Likely due to the foot being caught in something and my dog trying to get free. My dog had to be in a cast for 3 months and it cost $500. When I went over to tell them this was not acceptable to have happened on their watch they showed absolutely no remorse. I was met with smugness and total disregard. Not even a simple apology let alone an offer to help pay for the damage they caused. My dad then legally protested out front of their establishment and was met with harassment. Whatever you do, do not entrust them with your pets. Working with them is the worst thing I have ever experienced.

I called this place because I had rescued a dog and he needed attention to his fur around his eyes ASAP. The owner, Erin, said she could trim around his eyes that day but I had to make an appointment to get a total grooming. Erin seemed very nice with our dog so I made an appt. for a week later. I waited for awhile watching since our dog had only been with us for a wk & had just started to come out of his shell. The groomer, Bridget was very kind, sweet and loving to him. She was gracious and put our dog ahead because we were waiting. While there I got to see Erin have a fit and throw a shop vac across the room. She barged through the door I was standing at and didn't even acknowledge I was there. She seemed in a bad mood. I was told that our dog would be in the dryer for 45 min. & to come back to watch the rest of the grooming. When I came back he was almost done & someone else was next to him at the grooming table, not Bridget. His ear was knicked. I will go elsewhere next time.

They are great with the dogs and do not keep them all day. They will either give you an estimate when they will be done or call you. Very personable and very dependable. Would highly recommend.

I was in town visiting family and our dog needed groomed badly. They were able to fit my Cocker Spanial in with only a day or two of notice and did a great job. Prices were reasonable, and the women working there were very friendly and polite. I plan to visit again very soon!
