They go the extra mile for their customers!! Thank you Dawn!!

I have been to be shoes three time to buy shoes. The first two time no one waited on me. I had questions but the clerks were all to busy or overlooked me. I went today to buy a specific brand. There were three clerks without customers. I asked about a style in the brand and they looked and said they did not have that style I said I saw the style in Mt Airy at a store there and they did not have my size. The clerks got a catalog and said they could possibly order the style but I would have to pay for it first and if I did not want it, I could exchange it or possibly be reimbursed. They did not seem to want to go out of their way to sell any thing not in stock. Then they left it p to me without too many options. All this with very little customer accommodation. I said I would think it over and left. I had gone on the brands Webb and knew another store in the same shopping center carried the brand. They did to have the size but quickly ordered the shoes. Be shoes is not customer friendly.

I have been shopping a be shoes for quite sometime. There is a lady by the dawn that has been helping me. I can not express how good it make me feel to feel like iam very special when i come in there..
