I hired cypress plumbing in winter haven to fix another plumbers mistake. Well this place charges $95 an hour which is ridiculously expensive. It's crazy why people go to school to get a doctors degree and spend so much money, instead they should go to school to be a plumber. Well one they charged us $431 for 3hrs. parts he bought at lowes that cost under $30 and charged us $100 for it i even told him i can go to lowes and he said no matter what he charges for waiting, but he left out one thing he didn't tell us he will mark up the price for the parts he went and bought, They take there fairy time and work so slow like a turtle to rack the hours and they needed a part from Lowe's that's 7 min away it took him 45min. Avoid this place at all cost. they take advantage of people, this place is a scam and a scum company.

It's very unprofessional to call a person WITH OUT an appointment to let them know you're 5 minutes a way early in the morning and make them feel as though you have to let them come at that time to fix the issue even though it's inconvenient to me since I didn't have an appointment.
Then to be told " you can call and make one if I want, I'm just giving stack of papers with work orders.."

I'm pretty sure it's the responsibility of the worker to set his appointments in advance.
Very inconvenient and very unprofessional.
